DEBRA NORRIS CAMUS, a native of Texas, moved to Shreveport in 1974. She was educated at Sam Houston University and LSUS where she majored in business administration.
Joining Lea Hall and Associates in 1986, Debra was mentored in the commercial real estate business for thirteen (13) years by Lea Hall who was instrumental in the development of the three (3) Pierremont Office Park Buildings, Pierremont Plaza Shopping Center, and establishing Shreveport as a port of entry. Upon Lea Hall’s passing, Debra assumed the role of sponsoring broker and President of the company. Debra and Jenny Kennon purchased the company from Lea Hall’s heirs to become the first women owned commercial real estate business in Northwest Louisiana.

Debra has been married for thirty (30) years to Raymond Camus, owner of Aircraft Solutions, an aircraft sales business, and a Captain for American Airlines. They are blessed with two sons and two grandchildren.
