Jamie has 28 years’ experience in the commercial real estate business and is consistently a top producer for Lea Hall Properties. As Vice President, Jamie represents clients in various aspects of commercial real estate including landlord and tenant representation, build-to-suits, and sales and leasing of industrial and office properties.
Upon his 1987 graduation from Southern Methodist University (S.M.U.) in Dallas, Texas, Jamie worked for 10 years in major markets such as Washington D.C., Dallas, and San Jose, CA, where he honed his expertise in many facets of the commercial real estate business, including property management, construction management, and brokerage (specializing in tenant representation). In the fall of 1996, Jamie returned home to Shreveport and joined Lea Hall Properties.
Jamie’s partial client list includes Calumet Packaging, City Bank, Diamond Jacks Casino, Fibrebond Corporation, Husqvarna Group, Kalthia Group Hotels, and Kinsey Interests. He is a graduate of Southfield High School in Shreveport, and is the former President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors. He is married to Francesca Benten Moreland and they have a five-year old son, Jack, who keeps them both on their toes.
